Schezwan Garlic Shrimps

There is shrimp and then there is ready-in-minutes spicy Schezwan Shrimp. Delicious dinner ready within minutes!

Heat 2 tbs sesame oil in a wok. Toss in 7 minced garlic pods. Add a sliced onion and sauté well.

Add 2 tsp red chilli flakes, 2 tbs dark soy sauce and 3 tbs Schezwan sauce. Sauté well.

Add 500 gm cleaned and de-veined shrimps.

Add 1/2 cup water. Cook for 20 minutes. Top with chopped cilantro.  If you want it dry, keep stirring.

Stir well and serve hot over noodles or spaghetti.
