Steak & Vegetable Stir Fry

Charm your dinner guests with this savoury and flavourful Steak and Pepper Stir Fry. A quick & easy Beef and Vegetable stir fry, made with tender steak, loads of veggies, and a homemade sauce made with pantry staples.Easy to prepare and bursting with flavour.

In a small bowl, whisk together 3 tbs soy sauce, 2 tbs honey, and 2 tbs oyster sauce.

Heat 1 tbs sesame oil in a large wok over high heat.

Add 500 gms sliced sirloin steak to the hot wok and cook until browned. Remove the steak from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, stir-fry 5 cloves garlic until fragrant. Add julienned red and yellow bell peppers, 1 cup broccoli florets, 1 julienned carrot, and 1 sliced onion.

Sauté until the vegetables are tender and crisp.

Return the cooked steak to the pan and pour the stir fry sauce over the ingredients. Toss everything together until well-coated and heated through.

Serve the Steak and Pepper Stir Fry mixed with a bowl of boiled noodles or over a bed of cooked white rice.
