Stop a moment, and learn how you need to change and take charge the biblical way – get right with God, forgive, apologise if needed, pray and praise God without ceasing, mature as a believer and rise above it with God.
Learn not to avoid your problems but to react better to them daily.
In this world, there will always be tribulations of some kind. But be of good cheer because JESUS has already overcome.
