If Jesus has taken care of you and your needs so far, what makes you think HE would stop now?
Our human nature makes us take most blessings for granted – clean air, water, health, food, money, family, job, ministry, friendships – every day to day routine.
Even the most mundane things are big blessings.
Remembering Him and THANKING Him prevents spiritual apathy and cultivates a heart of continual reverence.
Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name. Bless the LORD, O my soul, and FORGET not all his benefits (Psalm 103:1,2)
- Forgiveness of all sins
- Healing from diseases
- Redeeming life from destruction
- Crowned with His loving kindness and tender mercies
- Desires satisfied with good things
Moreover, if we intentionally chose to remember Him, worship Him and thank Him, we have the assurance that HE is always just a prayer away. Anyone who has had JESUS come through for them in the past should know HE is still around – He is the same, yesterday, today and forever.
Come on, soul, why do you sleep before this awesome God? Wake up! Look at what God has done.
Worship HIM.
Your earthly family and friends may disappear, but HE does not. He SAID, I will never leave you or forsake you. And He never has.
So, trust your Papa God. Worship Him.
