Lord Jesus, today we bring to You those among us who work for a living – the ones who hold jobs in all walks of life – men and women, old and young, rich and poor.
We pray for all workers, seeking justice, dignity and fair treatment in their labour.
We pray for godly bosses who guide their organisations with wisdom and compassion, ensuring a just and equal environment for all.
May all of us be treated with dignity and fairness, earn fair wages and have our rights upheld.
We pray for those in challenging workplaces. We pray for us to be blessed with godly workplaces – where collaboration, respect and a sense of community are fostered, where the well-being of workers is prioritised
We pray for those facing unemployment, job insecurity, or unfair treatment; we ask for their needs to be met and for justice to prevail.
We pray that all of us give hundred percent to our jobs and treat those as an opportunity to bring people close to You.
May we glorify You, sweet Jesus, through our jobs. Let us serve YOU through our work.
Bless our chosen careers with Your mighty anointing, daily.
