There had to be Egypt and Nazareth before His ministry began in Capernaum. A Good Friday before Easter Sunday.
It is the same for us believers. Long seasons of preparation and tough times often precede a major breakthrough – purely by the Lord’s grace alone.
Feeling like its raining blows on you from all sides?
Intense, painful battles often signal that the end is near. But it can go either way. YOU decide how it ends, don’t let satan or people do it.
Such seasons of spiritual warfare require sustained prayer, praise, Bible-meditation and endurance, as the enemy attempts to disrupt the promises from God.
Tired of fighting for life? Scripture tells us that our trials refine our faith, preparing us for the blessing that is often just around the corner.
When God pauses or stays silent in the middle of our struggle, it is not abandonment, but a purpose-driven delay to deepen trust and strengthen faith in HIM.
God is active in every aspect of our lives – the good, the bad and the ugly – nothing is wasted or outside His control. “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose” (Romans 8:28)
Your attitude matters. Your surrender matters. Your strategy of warfare matters.
You have JESUS – who, no matter how difficult the circumstances, offers peace and has already “overcome the world” (John 16:33)
Persistent praise has always, always turned the tide of the battle for me. It will for you too.
When you trust GOD as your Father, you have no one to turn to first, but Him. HE always honours that blind trust.
Don’t give up before your victory. One day in heaven, we are all going to share stories of how HE worked on us for His glory.
Until then. Know Him more.
“Delight yourself in the Lord…” (Psalms 37:4)
