How many times have we cried out of sheer helplessness recently – or worse still, been in too much in pain to even cry?
Cry to JESUS. He will intervene.
The world might understand you or not. Many people might, but some may not. Sometimes even the ones who genuinely care need not be around – they may be physically or emotionally away.
But JESUS always cares and He is always waiting on you. For your time and for your fellowship.
May be your crisis is a chance to encounter JESUS?
We keep HIM waiting, but we have no qualms about waiting on people.
We tend to seek the world’s help first for everything. If you have an emotional breakdown, meet with an accident, face a financial crunch, face a sickness or face a sudden crisis, do you stop and seek GOD?
Do you turn into a doer daily – a Martha who runs around in constant worry mode? Or are you a Mary – a true worshipper who waits at HIS feet?
At 2 in the morning, if you are sleepless and tossing and turning, get up, kneel and reach out and touch JESUS.
He never sleeps; He never slumbers.
And He keeps us in perfect peace, because our minds are stayed on Him.
Even when He was dying, YOU were on His mind. Reach out.
