Monday Reflection – Feb 5

When you are in pain or struggling, the last thing you’d probably recollect is how blessed you have been and you still are.

But HE has been faithful – or you would not still be here. Whether it was a challenge at home, while you were young, an attack on your health, struggles in your job or finances, God always came through for you.

Thats why the Word remind us to “Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits” (Psalm 103:2) No matter his sin and his battles, David continued to trust God and receive His promises of forgiveness, provision and love.

The benefits of God are countless – He blesses and takes care of those who follow Him, giving us more and more reasons to praise Him.

If you are facing a challenge right now, stop and call on JESUS. Put your blind trust in Him, believe that He wants to help you.

And praise him in advance.

You and I today can read this Psalm and be ushered into a moment of praise and worship. Then fight from a place of victory in Christ.

Lord Jesus, thank you that one day I will be able to look back and see that you have delivered me from ALL my troubles.
